Dr. Bing S. Tsay is an experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery, as well as sports-related injuries. A Texas native, he graduated from high school in Houston before pursuing his undergraduate education at Stanford University and earning his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine.
During this time, he entered the U.S. Navy Medical Corps and went on to complete his residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, later serving as a General Medical Officer with the Third Marine Air Wing in El Toro, California. It was an honor for Dr. Tsay to care for sailors, Marines, and their families—including SEAL team members and fighter pilots—throughout his military service. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and has been a valued member of the All‑Star Orthopaedics team since 2001. Although he has lived and practiced in several states, Texas remains home, where he and his wife raised their children and built lasting friendships and professional relationships.
I have always tried my best to treat my patients as if they are my own family member or close friend. I want to make sure you understand the problem, and that we find a solution together. I pride myself in my communication skills, and take great pains to make sure that the issues and plans are explained as clearly and simply as possible.
